For those with the game early, New Zealands release is at 3am Eastern. Servers may be up around that time.

I've got a copy coming tomorrow from bestbuy, but I'm seriously contemplating just going digital...decisions decisions.

For no other reason than to start the download tonight so by the time I'm done work tomorrow it's ready. Versus starting my install/patch download tomorrow evening and not being able to play til Wednesday.

Anyone know the difference in hard drive space between physical install and digital?

I've bought every single Halo as a physical copy. Until this one. I said screw it this weekend and bought it digital. All already preinstalled and ready to go come midnight tonight. Itching and ready to go!

Thanks. Was never really sure if there is a difference in general with digital games size vs installing from a disc. Either way it's the same amount of space?

Yep, same size on your hard drive. Once installed, the disc is only used as DRM.

I used to hate digital, but now that I'm even lazier than before digital is awesome as I never have to change disks.

Was on fence with this, but think I may bite bullet and go digital today.

Did this last night. Really wanted it for $47 and that $10 certificate but decided to just go digital and have it preloaded before 9pm.
