I still think Fallout looks like crap but there's so much too that game that it doesn't matter.

I don't dispute that you think it looks like crap, everyone has their opinion.

But it's amazing to me how two people can see something so differently. I feel that what I watched when Bethesda busted out fallout 4 was simply awesome graphically.

I do agree about the game having so much ambition and things to offer that the graphics almost become moot.

But I guess this is more for the fallout thread and not here so I digress.

Let me be clear, the environment looked great, but IMO the player models, animations and movement are bad. But like we were saying all the stuff to do in Fallout 4 it really doesn't matter about the graphics.

The Division has been downgraded visually but since it's an online MMO, if sacrificing visuals for better performance is needed then so be it. Happy that got rid of that companion app crap. Didn't work in Unity and wasn't going to work here.

Personally, if anything they should eliminate the online MMO part and turn it into a three member team based shooter. That would probably solve the majority of the problems.

Just got e-mailed my Best Buy beta code. Don't know if it was on my receipt (I never checked), but now that they have e-mailed it to me I was able to sign up for the beta officially.

I preordered from Best Buy with GCU. I had thought they said you'd get an extra $5 for preordering (total of $15) but mine only said $10. Did that deal end or something?

HAH yeah but you know your teammates will leave you to go do their own thing during objectives and anything else

The potential for great co op teamwork in this game is great though.

I think it starts next week (11/29 - 12/5). I just don't know if we have to do anything if we already pre-ordered, like if we're guaranteed those $5 as well without any further action on our end. Somehow I doubt this.
