Re: The Division (Xbone/PS4/PC)
Candy, myself, and a random got all the DZ supply drops. Got a 31 gold chest. Candy ganked one right from under other players in battle lol.
The yellow/gold items drop so often that the new car smell is gone unfortunately.Comment

Also when you get items in a group you will see 2 arrows on the top right of an item. That means that iten can be shared with a group member.
Also new warning for selling and deconstructing in bulk:

Holy ****. Well, that's one way to make certain to keep PC useful and keep people running daily missions. Damn those numbers got jacked!Comment

Re: The Division (Xbone/PS4/PC)
Watching some seriously geared guys on twitch getting wrecked. This is nto only going to require good communication but a well balanced skill team as well.
Did they move the Tenebrae from the DZ vendor to the BO? Sneaky bastards. I used all my PC last night on gear and was going to buy that with DZ credits today.Comment

Re: The Division (Xbone/PS4/PC)
But its 2-3X easier to get PC from bosses running around the DZ. This is just going to work to widen the gap between hardcore players and casuals. Really hope this doesn't have negative affects for the longevity of the game. Casuals seeing all that yellow drop will be instant gratification for now but long term they are going to get extremely frustrated and might quit.Comment

Re: The Division (Xbone/PS4/PC)
Wow, I saw my gear score at 122, and I was like hey, that's pretty good. Then I jumped into the Lincoln Tunnel Daily on Hard... and noticed the guys I was playing with were up around 200.
I've got some work to do. However, all in all, probably not that bad considering I've only ventured into the DZ twice for like... 15 minutes total time.
I saw a pic someone posted here of a big drop of golds from what looked like the Lexington Event Center mission so I was excited to finish Lincoln Tunnel thinking I'd get a bunch of golds, but just one at the end. A weapons performance mod. Other than that one gold, just a bunch of blues and greens through the mission.
Now I'm at work... wishing I wasn't.

I think all you guys need to understand this game is not "solved" by this patch. They will always be tuning it up, down and sideways. Diablo has been out years now and they are still patching it for issues like "not enough drops, too many drops, things are too hard, things are too easy"But its 2-3X easier to get PC from bosses running around the DZ. If you read back in this thread, and in other forums, pre-release patch you see people complaining about "Well I spent two hours on a mission and didn't even get a gold!" to now, post patch, you see "Well I just played for a couple of hours and got 3 golds!" complaints.
It's always going to be a moving target for a game like this so I wouldn't get too awful upset if you don't like how it is now, it may be completely different in a month or two..Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20

Re: The Division (Xbone/PS4/PC)
Its not a matter of solving it. Its a matter of keeping it going to have the opportunity to make those changes. Those complaints you are talking about are more leaning toward hardcore players that are just going to complain, but will ultimately stick around for future changes. Its the player that plays for an hour or when they get a chance that you have to keep around to keep the game alive. This is where destiny failed horrifically. Hardcore players love that game now, but their population is limited and not growing. That person is not going to wait around for the next change they are just going to walk away. The first wave of people are already walking away from this game because of the repetitive enemies.I think all you guys need to understand this game is not "solved" by this patch. Making a big change like this early in the game cycle and putting a further divide between the haves and the have nots and is very dangerous and feels like too much of a knee jerk reaction. And I'm speaking from a standpoint of one of the haves.Last edited by Dogslax41; 04-12-2016, 09:20 AM.Comment

Re: The Division (Xbone/PS4/PC)
Q: What/where is the work needed to get your gear score up? Is it by doing dailies? Doing missions on hard/challenge? Or are we only able to rank up in the DZ? I've mostly soloed the game so far (very little time in the DZ), so what route can I take to gear rank up to grind toward being a possibility of running the incursions?Wow, I saw my gear score at 122, and I was like hey, that's pretty good. You are not the only one lol. Trying to be an adult and not take sick days to play video games but it sure is tempting haha.
