Anyone getting BF: Vietnam?

i hope this game is awsome, i was addicted to BF1942 for like 2 months then i got bored of it and didnt try either of the expansion packs. i plan on getting this game and its shaping up to be better than bf 1942

I'll probably pick it up. For some reason, I never really got into BF:1942. Call Of Duty is a different story though. I am on my second time through on the single player campaign and play it often online. That game is a blast.

BF: Vietnam does look awesome however. I just hope I can get into this one unlike BF:1942.

i was the same way bro, i was 100% sports games only. for some reason i saw bf1942 at comp usa and picked it up and got addicted, that paved the way for me to get addicted to ghost recon, rainbow 6 etc. you should give it a shot man

BF 1942 rocked...I just wish there was voice chat, that would make it infinitely better. I'll probably end up getting BF:Vietnam, and I'd be up to play online with OS'ers. Anyone know when this is released?
