    Duke Nukem 3D sequel...

There was supposed to be one if I remember correctly, but I have not seen one, and it's been YEARS since Duke3D was released. Any info on if a sequel exists and, if it does, how far along it is in development?

    Thanks.

Duke Nukem Forever is on the list of games that will be released "when it's done".

It's been in production for years, and changed engines a couple times if I remember correctly.

I think they're trying to prevent a Daikatana-like mess by pimping it for 4 years and then releasing something to unachievable hype.

yeah, I believe it's vaporware, it'll never come out. They'd have to completely start over to make a current generation game, plus I don't think people care about Duke enough now, compared to 6 years ago

I do too, a bit, but 10 years ago when I was 13 he was hella cool. Duke 3d had strippers you could kill, and was kinda edgy for the time. Now we have games like Manhunt, et al, so I don't really know if Duke is that 'different', he'd probably just blend in with the rest.

True, but there will always be a spot in my heart for Duke. I had the orignal Duke Nukem games too! 2D, side scrolling. Duke rocked.

Has it really been that long now? Wow...
