    For it's day, the graphics were beautiful, and the cutscenes were done with cartoons (or cartoons animations). I mean, we're talking about the sega genesis here, not something that even at it's best achieve high resolution graphics. The movement was what set it apart though. Think it was 21 fps for the animations of the character that made it feel like something special.

    If anything the graphics they used today for the remake don't set the bar like they did all those years ago when it was first released.
