Anyway, being an Xbox owner I just realized that I'd need to go back to having a memory card. Does the GameCube memory card hold a lot or would I need to buy a couple of them if I bought the system?

      Re: GameCube Memory Card

I like my Gamecube. I don't play it nearly as much as my PS2 because I am an avid sports gamer and Gamecube just doesn't offer that. I would recommend checking out Viewtiful Joe. It's got great reviews but I have not played it. I think Injunwal has it so maybe ask him. Most of those games you chose look pretty good. I own five of them. Animal Crossing is one of my favourite games of ALL-TIME. It really kept my interest but it is not for everyone. You may wanna check it out by renting before you buy it. But I assume it is pretty cheap now 'cause it's been out for a while.

Going with a Gamecube seems like a good alternate system. I enjoy it!

Awesome choice fetter. I HIGHLY reccomend Eternal Darkness. Also you should rent super monkey ball 2 as it is an acquired taste but it can get real addictive. This is an awesome time to get a cube with the release of twin snakes coming up. Uh lets see star fox adventures is a fun game but u should def get the games on ur list before purchasing it.

I have a GC and think it is well worth the price. Games like Zelda, Metroid, Pikmin, and Viewtiful Joe are some of the best games of this generation. You already have the XBox for all your sports gaming so I think the GC would make a great second system
