I've hit a brick wall in Champions of Norath.
I'm in Act II, and I've fixed the lava pump and rescued the kittens. The gnome has sold me the boat, but won't let me use it until I have a navigator. Where can I find this navigator?
The first place I looked was deeper into the dungeons, where all the undead skeletons are. It's weird because my Quest Log is blank and shows nothing about these undead levels at all. Anyway, I've gone as far as the Undead Knight and his army of skeletons, whom I've killed pretty handily. Unfortunately, I got a couple of unique items that required a minimum character level 19. I'm only level 13, bummer. I thought maybe there must be something wrong with my game for THAT to happen.
Sure enough, I hit the big bug. With the Undead Knight defeated, the drawbridge to the Castle of Vanerhost (sp?) is layed down. I walk into the castle and... the game freezes up. Black screen.
Is this castle only a sidequest? Can I skip it and go on with the game? Where can I find that navigator?
