Dammit, this game is nasty. Nasty in a violent sense. Blood, blood, blood. Its everywhere. Those creepy looking spiked toed and armed things can whip your ***. Its also some type of monster with about 6 guns on his shoulders. The character design is good.

The game is good though. It has its small mix of puzzles, lots of swearing and it has its humor. But its not my type of game. I'm not a monster kind of guy so I would'nt reccomend it to some but if you're into that silent hill, Resident Evil kind thing, its a must have.

Its not my game by the way, its my bro n laws.

            Re: The Suffering

I bought this & MVP on the same day.. Game length about 10-14 hrs first time through.. If you play on hard difficulty, I'm sure it will take between 12-14 hrs.. But with 3 different endings it has great replay value.. I played the game for about 18 hrs.. Anything you'd like to know about it? Ask me?

                        Re: The Suffering

This game is wickedly sick! I love it! There are some small things that I really like, e.g. he flushes the toilet and you could actually see the water swirling down and then gets back up. You could transform into this some dishaped huge freak. I wonder if you could transform into other types of monsters? One thing I don't understand, it's my understanding that Tok(I forgot his true name) has an evil side and a good side? The good side is his wife/kid and the evil is the beast within him? I love the flashbacks to his past and of the history within the penitentiary.
And another thing, can you change the outcome of the game? For instance, If I choose to kill a certain character that wants to tag along instead of helping him, would I be affecting my ending? I doubt it but you never know. So far so good.
" I look at him and it's getting to the point where it's just scaring me. He looks younger but he doesn't carry himself in a younger manner. He's impressive, and I'm glad we drafted him. "
                        - Lavar Arrington on his new Redskins teammate Sean Taylor.
