They are pretty hard to find. The Sultan and the Phoenix are the two rarest cars to spawn someone told me. My friends and I all found ours around the Sandy Shores area.

Yeah sultans are hard to find, i found mine around Blaine county.

They dont' look like that at first, you have to know what they look like to notice it. Once you put on the rollcage upgrade it upgrades to the Sultan RS and you can start adding stuff to make it like a Subaru Sti or Evo depending on the hood you choose.

Don't have enough money yet to make it like what I did in the SP.

Haven't had a chance to remake my old cars with the Sultan RS. I think the Sultan is a mix betweeen the evo and sti. what do you think??

I found mine by the prison. They spawn a lot there.
The Phoenix spawns a lot by the docks where you drop off cars for Simeon.

What I found out that the cars that spawn depend on the car you're driving. For instance, if you're driving around in a Lampedeti Felon or Baller SUV, higher end class cars will spawn. I found my Sultan driving my Sabre Turbo.

Really? Lol, I found both of them yesterday. Phoenix was down by the docks where you deliver Simeon's cars and the Sultan was parked outside of one of the LS Customs.
