I don't see why people are complaining about it. Once heists are released people will be making at least a few hundred thousand (I assume) per heist anyway.

Im still saving for the Apartment that 500k can go to guns, ammo, and car mods once I rank up some more im at level 19 only had 2 good evenings on the game. Looking to get up to level 30 before this money drop.

This is great news,but as expected folks are now whining about this...like I was saying....Damned if you do,Damned if you don't.

Most of the comments are positive,which actually surprises me though.

Yea,it's $500,000 total.....BUT,yes you can buy the most expensive apartment,but it still doesn't mean that you can get all the car upgrades,buy all the guns you want....because you STILL need to be of the correct level to get these things.

Could you just save your money? sure you can,but as expensive as ammo,gun attachments (if you want those) cost of the guns (once unlocked) car mods (if you want them) it's still (imo) going to be a balancing act to some degree.

I'll bet that once this money is deposited into our accounts,some folks are going to spend "willy nilly"...be broke,then be back to complaining....lol

sure that is what most people would have made if online worked correctly from the beginning $500,000 is not that hard to acquire. Ive earned $577,000 and spent $480,000

Exactly.

I am looking forward to a nice 500k sitting in my account and I am gonna just buy a luxury mansion straight up and work for all the other nice mods. I think having a good base is crucial, so as to store cars and bikes, and having a planning room to do heists eventually.

Anyone know when the money will drop?
And when heists will be available and how they work?

Do we plan it together or just one person plans it, picks the method and allocates roles?

Would like to accumulate enough of cash for a luxury apartment on my own so I can use the 500K on all the other junk.

On Wednesday night I played a survival mission with a random. After we finished the game allowed me to keep all of the weapons I had collected during the mission. All these weapons were new to me due to only being at level 14.

Fire the game up last night only for all the weapons to be gone. I knew it was too good to be true.

you only get to keep those weapons after survival if you stay in that session.

As soon as you switch sessions,or log off you no longer have those weapons

I tried to chat with you in the game last night. I'm not sure if you were mic'd up. My question is, how do I join current missions going on if some guys are doing them? Do I have to wait for you to finish. I was in a server with you and a few other OSers, but I couldn't find out how to join anything y'all were doing.

I had an awesome time last night pulling off some missions with a couple of crew members last night. Especially trying to get a helicopter for the briefcase mission. It was hilarious trying to get this chopper only to get shot down a couple of times. Unfortunately we didn't finish the mission and the wifey gave me that "look" and I had to log off. Maybe if I give her the "business" early and knock her out, I can be up all night getting some serious online play in. Just a thought.
