I haven't played the X series before but have been interested by it and love reading stories about how people play. For those who don't know about it it sometimes gets referred to as Elder Scrolls in space. Completely open ended sandbox which you are free to do what you please. I got into Eve Online for a little bit because of the open nature of it but ultimately didn't want to subscribe and have avoided it. This marks the beginning of the space sim rejuvenation.
