    Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End

I think UC4 has the most captivating story, but I think UC2 is the king for overall fun factor and replayability (of single player), just by a hair.

    I think I have it 2 - 4 - 3 - 1 as my rankings

They are all great, and UC2 and UC4 are legit masterpieces in my opinion

Looks like another hotfix patch today. 1.04. Not sure what exactly was addressed

Story took me 24:30 hours to complete. Yes I'm a slowpoke who explores every single inch of territory.

Maybe it is now 8 1/2 years later but at the time, game was awesome. My ratings are based on when I played the games. I bought PS3 when Uncharted 2 was released and played the first two games back to back. Uncharted 3 was the one that was disappointing to me but the game and story is still excellent. My expectations and hype for Uncharted 3 was too high. And I'll echo what a lot of fans say, if Uncharted 3 was released before Uncharted 2, it would be the same argument but reversed.

This is why I stay away from the Uncharted Collection. I don't want how I remember the game at that time to be changed because of the time that has passed since the original.

Uncharted 4 looks incredible and has some great moments but i have no desire to replay all the way through again. The repetitive climbing, and chatting just bored me. It felt like a chore rather then enjoyment to complete the game. The only interesting characters for me were nadine, and sully. Elena's babbling was just tiresome to me and annoying. I would of rather explored those parts of the game alone.
Agree in regards to the climbing and chatting but disagree with how you view the characters. I actually liked all of them with Sam being my least favorite. Nadine was good but horribly misused and to be perfectly honest, isn't even needed and when you think about it, doesn't really add anything to the story.

The real story is the pirate treasure that they're looking for. By far, the best story and characters in the entire series.

Just finished the game. Great game! I think I'd have to rank them 2-4-3-1. I really enjoyed them all with 1 being my least favorite.

Command is just fun, but it doesn't play like the normal capture ABC points. Working as a team is a must though. Go lone wolf and you'll lose and lose quickly.

Looks like the hip fire scrubs are back again.

People just hold down R2 and flip and tumble around takes no skill whatsoever. If I had to do that to succeed I would just quit playing.

They did this for Uncharted 2 and 3 Multiplayer, and there was a perk called (Fleet Foot) that could negate it. It seems that perk is no longer in existence.

Anyone know of a loadout that can neutralize this?

Naughty dog never quite figured out the shooting aspect of the series. Just same animation over and over.

And watching Nate get beat up by a 100 pound girl was too silly for me in 4.

1, like asylum and red dead, blew my mind.

You've gotta take time to celebrate the small victories while you can. My buddy seemed quite please with our capture lol.

Don't get so close to them and if you're engaged then hope your rolling and hip firing is better than theirs.

Seriously though, if you're up close with them then you have to resort to the same tactic and hope you're better than them at it.

Most of my 20+ down games came against these types of players and I just out hip shot & rolled them to be honest.

The ones that are more difficult are the ones who hang back with the FAL or the other two long range rifles.

This game's multi-player is truly next gen looking and runs so damn smooth. I love BF4 but after playing this I started playing BF4 the last couple of days and although great, it looks dated in comparison.

I think the biggest thing is having situational awareness.

A 20 point Captain in the heat of battle isn't that big of a deal to me, but once you get to 60 points you really have to play smarter and play behind the rest of the team.. 60 points even once a round can make a huge differenence.

There are still people who play as if they don't get it.

I discovered that "Aim Strafe Speed" Modification for the AK works quite well this morning. Pretty much takes the place of fleet foot perk.

                                Interesting.

So I'll need to drop recoil on all my weapons and give that one a shot.
