I'm looking into this right now.

I can guarantee you one thing: I just read the reddit thread and have noticed our name popping up with Flight/Camp being the representative and I'm not happy with the way OS looks.

I'm re-opening this thread.

Camp - I don't know the full truth, but the users questioning are looking over a history of things that don't always add up. If there is something missing in this story I would suggest it being put out there.

Everyone else - Move on.

As I've already stated I'm done discussing this. I've cleaned some of the air with EG and that's about it.

If this is the stance you are taking, than I am going to ask you to stay out of this thread until the game releases. No good comes out of you being here right now.

Also - if you get games early from now on it would best to keep it private unless you can substantiate where you got it from with a staff member on this site.

Kind of weird - I had no interest, closer to release, I still don't know much, but I seriously considering grabbing it. Maybe it's just wanting a new game and the unknown I have about it. I dunno too much!

Kind of weird - I had no interest, closer to release, I still don't know much, but I seriously considering grabbing it. Maybe it's just wanting a new game and the unknown I have about it. I dunno too much!

Watch some Youtube videos of people showing what you do in the game. There are also 4 recently released trailers showing the main points of the game. They are called the 4 pillars of No Man's Sky.

I'm still wondering how deep the combat in this game is but I'll say one thing. If the combat in the game is as good as the combat in this thread it will be worth buying :-)

Watch some Youtube videos of people showing what you do in the game. There are also 4 recently released trailers showing the main points of the game. They are called the 4 pillars of No Man's Sky.

Yeah and I think there is gonna be a launch trailer released this week as well, at least that is what I read on Reddit...

From what I've seen out of any streams/videos. The game borrows a lot of menu ascetics from Destiny, which isn't a bad thing. But I also feel going in dark on a game like this is better than watching people play it. I want to make my own mistakes and learn at my own pace not what I saw someone else do.

The idea of exploring space at your leisure is pretty cool though.

Pretty much what I am doing.

I only watched a stream today for like a minute. The take off and arrival to the planets is just amazing.

The the sound design is top notch. The effects, music, ambience, creature sounds... it is remarkable. The presentation is very well done.

The sounds and music have definitely impressed me so far.

I am definitely on the fence over how much I want to watch. I tell myself not to watch too much, then I find myself watching an hour long stream without blinking.

Going in blind....I have only watched the teaser trailer videos.

I can't wait to share stories across the cosmos's with you all here. Should be a trip.

Streaming will be really cool as well. I plan on streaming a lot of my travels in No Man's Sky.

Granted if the game does not end up sucking of course.
