Is there a history of their games not working on Sony or am I missing something?

As was FO3 & FONV. Stuttering, freezes, and massive frame rates drops. There were times I could only play for about an hour before I would have to re-boot the PS3 to get rid of the issues. Finally said screw it and played both on PC with no issues.

With all that being said, I don't foresee those issues carrying over to the new systems.

Yea I don't think the Bethesda / PS3 issues translate to next gen for the reasons already mentioned.

I was on 360 last gen so I never experienced them, but read all the frustrations on here.

How does the 3rd-Person view look?
I've seen some very early footage, but is it herky-jerky?
I really want to try this game, but in my old age, I can't play FPS's anymore without getting really bad migraines.

Wasteland 2 was just delivered. I'm not sure if this is going to help the wait or make it more unbearable.

Was on zergnet and found an article about this because I was confused by the 27 copies in the picture. And I found an article on gamesradar about it. And then it linked to an article about the DLC. And I found this

Put all that on top of the fact that Fallout 4 won't have a level cap or a hard ending, and it sounds like we'll all be spending quite a bit of time in the Commonwealth. Better start building your Fallout 4 character now.

If we are able to buy a legitimate copy somewhere early are we (as the 'consumer') in any danger of getting accounts banned? I know if you broadcast it on twitch before the street date it can become an issue and your account can get banned but I'm simply asking if there's anything that might happen to a PSN or XBox account for an offline game.

You are fine, they can't punish you because you bought a game early. If you stream, I believe you only get banned on the streaming site.

Back on 360, I've heard many say to unplug your console from the internet when playing games early, but that wasn't needed. I stayed online and played Gears, Halo, and GTA early without being banned.

Also, lots of people on this forum got Madden and 2k early and they haven't been banned either.

As someone who has had every halo since 3 early and multiple CoD the "Your going to be banned if you play early" is not even remotely true.
