Metal Gear Solid - twice (3 if you count the gamecube version as a third time playing that game)

Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 - at least 3 times each

Ratchet and Clank series - multiple times each

Devil May Cry 3 - 2 times

Borderlands - multiple times

I cannot remember a campaign recently that I finished more than twice. I would have to go back to my Gamecube days for that. Medal of Honor Frontline was a game I played over and over again. Loved that game back in the day.

Noticed someone added Borderlands. Hadn't even thought of it, or other games that are primarily MultiPlayer in nature. I guess I'd have to add Borderlands, Diablo, Diablo 2, Torchlight, Torchlight 2, Titan's Quest, and Marvel Heroes to the mix as well.

I'm not much for replaying single player story mode games, so the list is fairly short given nearly 30 years playing games.

Legend of Zelda - Probably the oldest on the list, maybe 3 times

Zelda II - Probably twice, though I've had many partial plays

Zelda A Link to the Past - Three times, twice for the SNES and once on the GBA

Super Hydelide - Not sure why, but I really enjoy this game, it's not particularly excellent in any one area but I always enjoy it

Ultima VII - The single player game I've beaten the most, have had a game going in various stages for over 20 years now, beaten numerous times

Starflight (Genesis version) - Starflight II is a better game, but the refined genesis game is just a treat to play, love everything about it. The third most beaten game on the list, behind Ultima VII and...

Castlevania Symphony of the Night - Even though other Castelvania games have copied the formula, this is still by far my favorite and the only one I've even had the inclination to play more than once.

I'm sure eventually games like Uncharted, The Last of Us, etc, will get played again, but not yet. Most of those games I went a decade before playing again, so these games haven't aged enough.

Another game for the list, single player but not at all story driven, is Pirates Gold! (Genesis). This is only second to Ultima VII for my most played game. The remake/sequel that came out a few years ago just didn't capture that feeling of picking a time period and being dropped off in the Caribbean and deciding what to be.
