Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Sounds like the PC version is still broken on re-release.
After extensive testing, a hard drive paging issue with some GPUs on Windows 7 may occur after extended gameplay sessions. If you encounter this, simply re-launching the game will resolve the issue.
For Windows 10 users, we’ve found that having at least 12GB of system RAM on a PC allows the game to operate without paging and provides a smoother gameplay experience.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Good thing my PC already has 16Gb of DDR4 RAM then. Oh Batman, this will go down as one of the worse PC releases of all time for a AAA title game. Sad thing is they still charging $49.99 for this game.......At this point they should just say here, PC version is FREE. And everybody who bought it on release day months ago, get a $30 credit or something.Comment

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Played for a tad bit. Everything maxed out uses 4.1GB of VRAM. Don't like the 90FPS cap though. Should have left it uncapped, my rig can handle it just fine. Game definitely runs smoother. The picture mode they added is nice. When I am bored I will probably play this entire game again since it is BEAUTIFUL looking.Comment

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Well damn.......it is official, the biggest failure in modern day gaming history.
Batman: Arkham Knight may at last be playable on PC and back on Steam, but that doesn't mean it's problem free. Users are complaining of lingering issues with framerates and bugs and it's enough for Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment to offer full refunds through the end of the year.
WBIE made the announcement this morning on Batman Arkham Knight's Steam page, and the offer includes a refund for the Season Pass of downloadable content, provided both it and the main game are returned (you can't keep the game and refund the pass, for example). Refunds will be honored regardless of how long one has played the game.
"We are very sorry that many [of] our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight," WBIE wrote.
And here it is on Steam:
We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues.
Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix.
Thank you,

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Hopefully this will put other video game developers on notice. That you can no longer half do a game and port it to PC. If your game have problems and you know you can't fix the problems, DON'T RELEASE IT. I knew one of these years this relying on patches culture we currently live in would one day bite a video game developer in the butt.
2K better watch out, because their game currently is unplayable for a lot of PC users as well. And Ubisoft better make sure the PC version of Syndicate actually works out the gate unlike Unity.Comment

PC folks have been screaming at the COD devs about the horrible port to PC the past few releases and nothing has been done.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
I've stayed out of this thread to avoid any spoilers kinda stuff regarding the game story, but can someone simply answer this:
I don't care about the PC version; is this game good on the PS4? I'm pretty sure I'm going to get it around Christmas time since I loved the other 3 (or however many games it's been now).NFL: Bills
NBA: Bucks
MLB: Cubs

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Going through it again after the new PC patch (my copy runs pretty well now, it's been satisfying since the interim patch, enough for me to get all the Riddler trophies and start Knightmare), and just did the Cloudburst mission. I didn't like it or dislike it the first time I went through but man that mission sucks lol. Just tedious, trying to corner each cobra and then dodge the Cloudburst was just boring.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it
