    Re: Batman: Arkham Knight

I'm sure the DLC will eventually be available and most likely included in any GOTY package. All the pre-order skins in AC became available eventually.

Not sure I wanna drop $40 on the Season Pass... Don't care for the skins or challenge maps, but I definitely want to get my hands on...
      • Batgirl: A Matter of Family -- An all new prequel story expansion in an entirely new location where you play as Batgirl for the very first time in the Arkham series - check out the first render of Batgirl.
      • The Season of Infamy -- Play as Batman in all new story missions featuring legendary super-villains invading Gotham City, with new story arcs, missions and gameplay features.
      • Gotham City Stories -- Play as Batman’s key allies in narrative missions extending their storylines, from both before and after the events in Batman: Arkham Knight.
      • Legendary Batmobiles with Themed Tracks -- Drive the most iconic Batmobiles from Batman’s 75-year history, on custom-built race tracks, each themed to that Batmobile’s specific era. Every Batmobile will be drivable across every race track.

Wonder if these will be available separately?

I'm the same as you. I will probably get the season pass though because I am guessing those four DLCs will be around $10 each, totaling the season pass price. Then the skins etc would just be bonus. I could be wrong though

How long would it be before a "Game of the Year" edition came out with all of the DLC included? Trying to see if waiting is the best option, even though I really, really dont want to lol

Ethics aside. Can you preorder the game from Gamestop to get the DLC code and then return the unopened game? Or do they put something in the case to redeem it? I haven't bought anything from Gamestop in years.

IIRC, they put the promo code on the receipt when you pick it up on release day.

Yes I think that's how it is.

Now financially does this make sense though? You are essentially paying $60 for this Red Hood DLC if you do this.

You get your money back if you return it though. Basically you order from another place as well, comes out to 120, then you get the DLC code from gamestop and return it for 60 dollars back, so you still pay 60 dollars, it just takes some time.

It sounded pretty accurate though because I remember with Arkham City I waited and that came out in the fall I believe and I got the GOTY edition in June.
