Re: Resident Evil:Outbreak?
Don't bother...
It plays like Capcom's deal with Nintendo was financially killing them and they needed an RE title out across more popular consoles quick.
The network play must have been the focus of development because the single player game feels like an afterthought.
Achieving 100% completion on anyone of the 5 levels requires multiple runs because completion items include dying part-way through and random events occuring that the player has no control over.
Also from what I've played its completely devoid of any storyline. And hence any reason to play through it. Unless your like my wife and I who refuse to give up on any game we paid to play.
Sorry, I almost forgot to mention that this game is also a huge excuse to buy the PS2 HDD. The load times are stupid long and the game loads everytime you enter a room. This equates a load every 30 seconds to 2 minutes. -

Re: Resident Evil:Outbreak?
I picked this game up the other day with the hdd. If your going to get it to play offline DON'T. I have played all of 10 minutes offline and it isn't very fun. Online is great fun though. Everygame is going to be different, you are unsure how your teamates will react and whether they will help you or just leave you in the dust. Having a blast online.Favorite Teams
