damnit, I think I have to get this game now we could have our own OS Superfriends group

I'll probably pick this up at lunch or after work though...I can try it for a month, most single player non sports games don't last more than a month for me anyways, so if I like it enough to play after that, then the 15 bucks a month isn't bad

My PC is over 2 years old...old AMD AthlonXP 2100 (which is way under the current crop of CPU's). I have a gig of PC2100DDR ram in it, which is also outdated. The vidcard is a Radeon 9800 Pro, which is about the only thing in it that is current. Even with that setup, CoH has done something that you don't see very often in games: given you the ability to see a city mile. Seriously. Even on my machine, with minimal stutter, I can see from the top of one building to what seems like a mile away. And it's not a fake backdrop, either. If you see it, you can run to it. You'll end up standing on top of a building and looking around the city...seeing a lady getting her purse snatched, and then jump off and whoop some criminal ***. I haven't grouped yet, so I'd love to try it with you, Injun. You have to be a ranged guy tho, cuz mine is a samurai-type

Ok, since you gave me some confidence in my cpu TCrouch, I have a
                  Celeron 700+ mgz processor
                  64 meg hard drive
                  NVIDIA TNT 2 video card
and Sound Blaster Audigy sound card.

PC is maybe 3 years old. I can forget it right? Well, I'm probbly sure I can run the minimum requirments but I dont feel like looking at a low detail game on the PC.

Yeah, that's actually more than a few years old. When talking PC tech, when you bought it isn't the age of the PC...it's when the technology came out, and those 700 Celerons came out a lonnnng time ago. I doubt that'd run it, sorry bro

Thats alright. I've been talking about upgrading my processor and my ram for the longest time....maybe 3 years, lol. so its my fault if I'm still in the Ice age. I know my sound card and vid card is fine, my processor is prehistoric though. Plus I need more memory. Icewind Dale 2 and Mafia was the last games I played on my PC so that tells you how long ago that was. I was strickley a PC gamer about 3 years ago...until the technology passed me up. So now, I'm a console gamer and I have'nt really put much time into my PC since.

Actually, I'm currently awaiting for a credit card so I can purchase a new one.(my pre-approved request is still out) My PC at home has been acting a donkey for about the last 5-6 months anyway. But when and if I get a new one, I'll eventually hop into this MMORPG trend. I have yet to play one.

Btw, I heard building your own PC is completely cheaper than buying a brand new one. Especially if you already have certain hardware. Like I still have a my cd burner, vid card, sound card and the only thing I need is a mother board, processor and bigger, better hard drive. Well, I'll make a thread about this in the EE forum. Sorry for swaying off-topic.
