I'm sorry but destinys lag in crucible is also pretty bad. Getting killed after someone dies even though your kill registered first. Kill someone with your gun and having the kill count seconds after it actually happened.

It needs work too.

I went from BF4 with 64 players and horrible lag and netcode issues to Destiny and COD issues. How does COD still have these netcode issues on 6v6? Very annoying, sorry for the mini rant lol.

I keep hearing people say bad net code but I have yet to experience anything but silky smooth gameplay since day zero. I'd like to find out why some are having this issue and others are not.

Is this game worth picking up!! Favorite game of course was COD BO2. I still play it but have been holding out for BF.

since you say your favorite is BO2 then yes. This game is exactly like B02 which some COD lifers I know call the worst in the series. but hey.. if you like BO2.. then get this because the people that I play with that constantly trash this game say it's just like BO2 from what I have heard.

btw.. I play on Xbone and have not had any issues with lag at all but I have had other problems with the servers like getting your party into a game together and this and that. this is first COD ever that I have played that doesn't show how many users are online and no server lobbies which is quite annoying. I think they did that on purpose because they knew this game would not be as good. as far as lag is concerned with me though.. I have not seen any.. in fact I am quite surprised how smooth it runs online for me in game.

I'm currently having fun just playing classic modes with no boost jet packs.. I dunno why but I like this much better. It might be because I am not very good at using the jet packs and also don't like people jumping around so much. playing classic on this is a lot better for me. You can actually kill someone and not die right after a lot. since people are not jumping around constantly.. your time to live is longer and spotting someone is longer. I like this way of playing better for now. either way I'm still enjoying this game.

I do think I prefer Destiny's MP due to the bad net code.

Any chance they patch it? Seriously that would be the greatest thing.

Every CoD except CoD4 and MW2 has similar lag to AW, so I wouldn't get my hopes up about a patch to magically fix it.

Think about it this way: In 2-3 years of development time, they couldn't make the game run good online. Whats going to change in a few weeks or a month?

Played FFA and literally saw someone spawn gun length in front of me.. Basically as soon as he spawned I elbowed him (or whatever it is now) . I bet he was mad lmao

Classic mode is a game saver for me. I'm already kind of done with the exosuit stuff. It makes the game way too fast paced IMO. It's still fun to play the regular mode, but only for a few matches.

I will say this about the net code. Occasionally you will get owned in 1 on 1s and occasionally you will own somebody, but the majority of the time it is pretty fair as to who wins.

I haven't had any lag and I play on economy comcast internet which is maybe 1Mb/s.

I reach a lot of lag comp here say about lowest bandwidth gets the biggest advantage but up until this year I played all CODs on a 50Mb/s down connection and I can't tell any difference this year on the slow connection.

Lag will never be totally eliminated but if they can just get it somewhat stable I'd be happy with that. Today was the worse I seen it for me as guys were popping all over the map teammates included.

My connection in the scoreboard in game can be a one bar but I have no issue killing people.
