They probably contact the stores in the area to see if you really work there before they ship. I guess that is why you have to put which store you work at even though they ship to your house.

I used to work part time at Gamestop, and I have access to this site and another XBox retail site where you get free games. I still have access amazingly enough, but they have never checked out my work status. Even when I worked there and got games. You do have to have a code to get stuff from the Xbox site, not sure about this one.Comment
