My goodness, I thought it was just me...that AR absolutely sucked. The moment I had enough cash I bought the next available gun. Too bad the purchase didn't carry over to the opposite faction when changing teams.

So far I'm enjoying the beta. Hotwire feels like something that you would play on a Nintendo, but I like conquest on Dustbowl and Heist requires a learning curve and a team that knows what they are doing (one of my team mates captured the bag of money then locked himself in the vault).Comment

Re: Battlefield: Hardline (2014)
Is this going to be the direction battlefield is going now? Or will there still be a battlefield 5 at some point? I don't care for this game at all. 64 players on small maps is ridiclous, it's chaos. Battlefield 4 blows this game away.Comment

Re: Battlefield: Hardline (2014)
I'm surprised but I really like it. No it's not a "realistic" shooter (either is Battlefield) but damn it's fun. I LOVE hotwire. I had several OHHHHHHH! moments. The thing is it just doesn't feel cheesy like COD games. And it plays real smooth.
I love how grenades have more of a delay. And you can't just spam the launchers. In then end what every game must do is provide FUN. This was a lot of fun for me.

Re: Battlefield: Hardline (2014)
Anyone else been playing as a hacker in hardline? It's kind of cool but I'm still trying to wrap my head around how all these things work..Hints/tips?EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.Comment

Re: Battlefield: Hardline (2014)
Yea, It looks bad on the one. The colors look a little washed out and so many jaggies. Played the beta on both consoles and it looks better on the ps4. Still has jaggies on the ps4, but not as much and the colors look a lot better.NBA2K is the standard of sports games period.Comment

Re: Battlefield: Hardline (2014)
You'll probably have better download times now then the people who were grabbing it soon after it was released. I usually download a game and watch TV while it's download. It's my belief that when you play another game online on the PS4 it takes away from the bandwidth used for downloading.I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!
