I disagree, I think the new game modes have brought life into a franchise that needed it. I love hotwire and blood money. Conquest is cool, but gets boring after awhile.

I agree. Conquest is still fun but all the new modes are great. I have been playing Rescue a lot. Love that you don't respawn, which forces folks to slow down and use tactics. I do wish there were more guns to chose from but hopefully some get added via DLC

On a side note does anyone use BattleLog app? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1427027362.443579.jpg

I assume this means my application has been approved for platoon or does this app not really work?

Fun games tonight. Luckily, Bolt doesn't sleep and has been up early playing and Fatleg is an early bird. It's helped keep my interest in the game, since I don't have to always run by myself on weekdays. I know it won't always be like that, but I'll take it when I can.


I just can't get over the 1.8 hump. I'll dip back down and get right back here and stop.

I also have almost no vehicle kills in this game until tonight I had a little run with the Rogue Chopper. Game reminds me so much of the CQ expansion for Battlefield 3, with a little bit of extra space and a few vehicles.

I keep trying to experiment with other classes and weapons and I just can't get the same results as I do with the ACWR and Operator class. I've used it almost exclusively except a few rounds with the AKM in close quarters. There's not not enough incentive to use those classes in Conquest.

You have to have the deluxe version to get ac gun? Cause i havent seen it

It's unlocked automatically for the Deluxe Edition.

I'm not sure if it eventually unlocks for the other or not.

It's about the only useful thing I've received for the extra $10.

The boosts are much different in this game than any other Battlefield game. I like that they are attached to specific tasks and only work for certain things like objective points, kill points, etc. I all ready have more random boosts than I'll ever be able to use.

Im glad to see Rescue is getting the love it deserves. Just realize your spm....or rather cpm will be much much lower than in other modes. Might want to sprinkle in some conquest/tdm in your rotation just so you dont get left behind

Yeah gun selection is a bit disappointing. Wish there were more assault rifles that worked across all classes.

Because of the lack of tanks and other vehicles, I don't feel like the mechanic has the same value as the engineer had in previous games. Sure, I could repair a few of the larger vehicles, and that would be helpful but I don't feel like it's the same as repairing a tank while in the middle of a battle.

Took some of y'all's advise from Playstation Thread and updated to the Playstation Gold Headset so I'm ready to go by cheap one was shot

Hope to be on later after race when wife and baby go to bed. Just have to setup new headset hope that it's an easy setup.

Should be able to just plug and play. The Golds are a wonderful pick up.

Thanks for accepting the platoon request!

Question for anyone - is anyone using the Mechanic's Armored Insert and if so, has it made a difference? I just get destroyed in close quarters and was wondering if it would be worth it. It's kind of expensive, otherwise I'd try it for myself.

I picked up the PS4 digital version and the full game has been installing at the main menu. Any thoughts to why it's taking 3 days?
