Battlefield: Modern Combat

anyone else looking forward to this game? i love socom 2 but i want something else to play online and this looks like its gonna be a good game. being able to fight with vehicles is gonna be sweet and the game already looks good. i cant wait for this game to come out.

I have both BF:1942 and BF:Vietnam and I think both are AWESOME. I can't wait for this one to come out, however, I already have the "Desert Combat" Mod for '42 and that seems like modern combat to me.

Yeah, it's a cool looking game. I shot down Shawn's helicopter at E3, then when he was driving in a jeep I blew it up with a tank. Seems like it'll be a fun game and something worth a purchase if it comes out a month or more before HALO 2. After HALO 2, it'll be tough for me to buy any oher FPS's.

Yeah, it's a cool looking game. I shot down Shawn's helicopter at E3, then when he was driving in a jeep I blew it up with a tank. Seems like it'll be a fun game and something worth a purchase if it comes out a month or more before HALO 2. After HALO 2, it'll be tough for me to buy any oher FPS's.

is this a game by EA in the Battlefield series for Xbox? If so, it'll be great. The games are great all ready on PC, but with easy voice chat on Live, Battlefield will be infinitely better, IMO

i mean I really got into BF1942, but it's a pain typing in battle planning something out, and people tend to ignore typing. With voice chat you can plan some pretty cool assaults/defenses, and I think it'll be easier flying the planes (I could never get the hang of that, personally)
