Was able to get I to one MP match on Halo 2, but the game locked up. Wish I could get some more games is, but I can't get into any

I never played Halo 4 so I am going to run through the campaigns just to get acclimated to Halo again. Then it will be all MP.

I'm pretty bummed that they put this game out with no Halo 1 playlists. It's definitely not setup how they made it sound.

God dang reading this thread takes me back to HS especially senior year when I finally caved and bought Halo 3. I'm mainly a sports gamer so my friends had to push me pretty hard to get the game. Even though I sucked it was so much fun. Me and my friends would play this for a couple hours after school almost every night. Then the times system linking at peoples houses. It was just so much fun despite going 5-30 almost every match and being called the Shotgun whore. None of my friends game much anymore though so it just wouldn't be the same. Plus I own PS4. Anyway sorry for the post as it doesn't really provide much about the game. I hope all of you are having a great time with the set of games! It sounds like it would be really fun.

Just played a game of H2A slayer. I remember Halo multiplayer being an awesome time. This was not that.

Is there no way to just play slayer in The game of your choosing? Seems like they just put you into random playlists. If that is the case I'm really disappointed. I thought you could choose what game type and what version to play it in across all the games.

When you play the team slayer playlist, you can vote between Halo 1, 2 and 3 before the start.

The one with the most votes gets played.

That helps slightly, but doesn't really allow me to play what I want when I want. That's what I spent $60 to do.

Between the disappointments of 2K15, BF4, MCC, and COD:AW I'm quickly becoming disenfranchised with video games.

A new generation of consoles is supposed to move technology forward, but it seems like it's taking a giant leap back words.

A gigantic letdown.

Anytime the lobby votes for Halo 3 when Halo 1 and 2 maps are present I judge everyone. Got into a game of Team Slayer after about 15 minutes of waiting last night, choices were: Battle Creek (1), Ivory Tower (2), and The Pit (3). Over half the lobby voted for The Pit and then the game disconnected. Serves them right.

I really do hope 343 adds a player count for each playlist showing how many people are in Matchmaking for each one. Part of my worry is with this many playlists, that finding games in some of them may be sparse.
