Great finals and tournament overall for Halo's return to the competitive scene. Got up to 47K viewers near then end. Str8 Rippin had the better individual players, but they got to easily flustered at times, while Believe The Hype remained calm and just communicated better as a team.

Those dudes are intense and communicate really well. My boys and I were playing CTF on CODAW, no communication and getting our lunch handed to us. Still pretty fun though. This is going to be a very long day waiting for this to drop at 12am est.

Thinking of picking it up for the campaign modes specifically. I've played bits and pieces of the first two, but never completed. I'm not a big multiplayer gamer. Do you think it's worth the purchase for the campaigns alone?

Glad I've played Halo but have to admit it would be so nice playing it for the first time on the One with these graphic and sound updates.

Amazon didn't ship my order in time so I'll have to go to Wal Mart tomorrow after work and pick it up then return my Amazon copy. It's unfortunate, the game I've been looking forward to more than any.

Depends who you ask, most everyone will say 1 or 2. Those who started with Xbox Live are going to like 2 better, the people who played Halo 1 multiplayer with friends or at LAN parties are going to say 1.

IMO its 1. The pistol is such a great weapon that balanced everything out, and the vehicle physics were the best in the series IMO. Few things were more thrilling than throwing a grenade to flip over a Warthog on Blood Gulch that was driving away with your flag.

Anybody who goes to the midnight release let me know how that experience is. I'm avoiding it because I have school early tomorrow, but I'm out by 10 AM which is the exact time the gamestop by my house opens. Absolutely cannot wait.

Played a few matches. The lag in Halo 1 is definitely worse, so hopefully they get that sorted out soon. Reminded me of the days of playing it online over XBConnect

Such a nostalgia trip being able to do all the Halo 1 tricks. Still able to grab weapons through floors, blow weapons to you with grenades, quick Active camo, backpack reloads.
