Really like the fact that the game will have a wide character selection. Hopefully Fierce Deity Link slips in.

Getting this tomorrow. Never played Dynasty Warriors so it should be a new experience for me.

This game is all action, that's for sure. Not much hand-holding at the start either, just kind of throws you in there.

Yeah. I'm having fun but they definitely didn't explain much. Pretty easy to get going though.

                  Re: Hyrule Warriors

I missed a Dynasty Warriors game for mindless fun.

I had actually contemplated picking up the one that's out on PS4 (DW 8?) since the last one I played was PS2-era. Saw this in the store and figured 'Why the hell not?'.

I'm not a huge Zelda buff, by any means (the only one I have ever completely played through was SNES ALttP. Missed out on all the N64 and GameCube ones. Have Windwaker HD, but never started it. My knowledge comes somewhat from the internet, and in general liking the concepts. Just haven't gotten around to playing them ever.

I'm having quite a bit of fun with it. Every now and then, I can tell the framerate drops but it's not unplayable by any means. Haven't tried multiplayer yet here, but supposedly that drops the resolution and framerate a bit... Again, not a big deal to me.

I've been enjoying my experience, and the Adventure Mode is a nice little "here do this for 5-10 minutes" of real mindless action if you don't want to sit down and play a 20+ minute mission at that time.

Anyone know if I start a story mission just to get the golden skultulla if I can exit the mission right after I get the spider? Or do I have to finish it for it to count.

I'm not sure, but I died in a mission and it said I could restart or quit and all my leveling up and items I accumulated would remain. Not sure if it applies to skultullas or not, but you could try dying and seeing what happens.

Yeah I'll give it a shot. It sucks that this game is not at least 2 player on line coop. Nintendo needs to get better at the online thing.

Yeah this game would be great with a 2-player online. Keep me from having to run all over the map if I had a buddy helping me out.

Yup. That's why I ignore the spider on my first play through and go search for it on a second play through.

I would put a lot more hours into this game if it's had some form of coop.
