Nyko Wireless Net Extender

Has anybody here had any experience with this peripheral? I'll be buying an XBox soon, and am looking for a solution for the next four or five months (at least) that's going to allow me to play online with my consoles being in a seperate room than my computer. I've seen them going for $99.99 on the few gaming sites that still have them in stock, but I've found them on eBay going for less than half that, and barring some bad reviews, I think this is what I may get. Any opinions on it?

Stay away, these things are marked up by more than $45, and the downside witht hem if is you have devices on a wireless network and use it only once source can eb directly connected at the same time, its easier just to get a router and wireless receptors.

Right now, we have the basic SBC DSL hookup, with the router. I'm not going to be getting my own computer until I move out later this year, and right now, these things (or a similar device) seem to be the only option to me. We have no wireless network set up right now.

And like I said, I've found them on eBay in the $40-$50 range.

Right now, we have the basic SBC DSL hookup, with the router. I'm not going to be getting my own computer until I move out later this year, and right now, these things (or a similar device) seem to be the only option to me. We have no wireless network set up right now.
