OK, if a thread like this has been created before sorry. So I downloaded Fallout 3 through Amazon. And I want to use god mode, give myself full S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats, etc. I found a cheat website that told me what to do. And I have to bring up the console window by pressing this key ~. So I did that nothing happened, then I read somewhere that the window my not popup and to type in the cheat after pressing that ~ key. So I pressed ~ and started to type in the god mode cheat which was tgm. And after I pressed t it brought up the action for whatever t was, I forget but it doesn't matter. I tried changing it so there was no action set to t and once again it still didn't work. Does anyone know what I have to do fix this problem? Please help!!!

Sorry....
This was the console pop-up for Skyrim....and maybe other games...but I don't remember it in Fallout....
