No, if you get a good power inverter they have two outlets on them, you could plug the xbox into one and the phone charger into the other (the AC phone charger like you use in the house).Comment

Notice in the above picture how it has two outlets. You can either connect the terminals to your battery or just plug it in to your car cigarette lighter, it really doesn't matter.Comment
