The freezing of the hero selection screen DURING a match needs to be fixed.

Quick question to everyone.

How often do any of you switch mid fight? What I mean is that if I see my team struggling in the fight and I am semi close to a spawn I will make a switch instead of dying to get a chance to switch.

I started kinda unconsciously doing this awhile ago and noticed I did this during a payload attack at least three times in a match to use tracer.

I switch a fair amount. I usually just stay in my current role but may change characters depending on the situation (dependant on team comp obviously. Changing from Rein to roadhog will do very little to swing a push map with 3 snipers on your team.)

I usually tank or heal. If we are getting bogged down at a certain point I will usually switch to roadhog for added offense and self heal. If they are really dug in then I will switch to D. Va to ult their defenses to oblivion.

So have I waited too long to join the party? I passed when the game fist came out because I knew I wouldn't have enough time to play it.

I would appreciate anyone's impression of the learning curve for an admittedly below average FPS gamer to be able to at least hold my own online.

LOL, I like cannot win in ranked. I don't think I am THAT bad, but who knows. Dropped from 51 to 47 in a day or so.

Basically it just isn't fun. Back to casual for me.

I'm still on PC, though I don't see many others on much anymore Notr sure about the console crowd.

I would say the learning curve isn't that high. To truly master it sure, but each character only has 4 to 5 different abilities, all mapped to the same keys by default. Some heroes like soldier will be easier to pick up than others, but for the most part I think it's a very noob friendly game. You will still be able to tell a massive difference when one team is better though.

Couldn't tell you much about the consoles, but this game is still alive as hell on PC.

Girlfriend's bday party this weekend so I don't know how much I'll be on past Friday night.

I'm not sure I like the McCree changes. Maybe it was a fluke, but I played the other night in a game as Winston. McCree was able to kill me instantly with his stun, fth, roll, fth combo. Dying in about 2 seconds with 500 health without being able to get a hit off close range seems broken to me. That was the main cause for his original nerf. Only tested one time though so it is a limited sample size.

If he lands every shot at point blank range FTH does 270 damage. So if he hit you point blank with all 12 bullets that would kill you.

There's a lot more recoil and damage dropoff than the past though, so its unlikely for it to flat out kill you that often.

Played with randoms last night for about an hour and that was one of the most infuriating experiences I've had gaming, period. My teams were not moving the payload, not defending the point, etc. Some guy on the opposing team was just absolutely destroying us with Genji. Never seen someone use him with that much precision. Was pretty impressive actually.

Still playing, just not as often and, unfortunately, not at the same times as some of the others. Been wrapped up in a Diablo re-surgence recently too.

Just played for about 4 hours straight with a full party of friends. Still having a lot of fun - it always helps when you're on the winning side though lol
