How long did it take you to become proficient with it? Do you perform moves with less error than you do on the regular controller?

Take everything I say with a grain of salt since I'm a very garbage player who doesn't put much time in on his stick.

Everything I've seen always say that switching to the stick will lead to you being very bad till you get used to it. Your adjustment period will probably depend on how much time you spend drilling it. For me, the arcade stick feels more comfortable if the game has a reliance on those shoulder buttons (SF, KI), but I'd probably be fine on four button games like a BlazBlue or Guilty Gear.

I'm a garbage player so I won't speak to execution quality, but I feel like maybe I hit buttons faster on the stick?

Thanks for the input, Cyros. I've been getting into Street Fighter heavy lately. I'm so ready to dive into V. I paid this bad boy off yesterday at Gamestop. Now the wait to February begins.
