Street Fighter V
How do you practice but have fight request off? I can't figure it out. I turn off fight request, go into practice and then it's back on and almost immediately into a fight. It's frustrating.
Edit - found on Reddit. It's disabled for this beta for a final major net code test. Makes sense I guess lol

Yeah, it's kind of annoying. I wish you could practice without interruption and play friends. How do you practice but have fight request off? I can't figure it out. I turn off fight request, go into practice and then it's back on and almost immediately into a fight. It's frustrating.

Re: Street Fighter V
Never really been a guide guy, but I'm going all in for this game. The e-guide is $10, so I jumped on that. The hard copy is kind of pricey, but I don't need a physical copy. It's supposed to be pretty in depth, so I guess I'll see soon enough.Comment

Re: Street Fighter V
Typically I'd say skip the guide for a fighting game since the biggest benefit to them is getting the frame data, but that shifts a lot with how games are patched nowadays. Might not be a problem with SFV though as Capcom won't make a lot of changes in a quick period.Comment

Think I'm going to ride with Bison until the Balrog DLC drops...
Throwing fireballs back at guys as Bison say's 'meaningless' is already one of my favorite things ever, lolComment

Re: Street Fighter V
So I was never into Street Fighter (Hate the hold back to block) but what exactly happened in this video? People say it was one of the greatest gaming moments ever.

Re: Street Fighter V
Street Fighter 3 has a parry mechanic. Press towards the opposing player at the time the attack is incoming and you'll parry it. This was important because Justin Wong was just trying to hit his special and win by chip damage and Daigo parried every hit and countered for the win.So I was never into Street Fighter (Hate the hold back to block) but what exactly happened in this video? Re: Street Fighter V
Great news everyone!
Alex releases in March.
SFV will support PS3 arcade sticks! This saves me some money, lol.
