Friday the 13th was one of the first games I ever owned, along with Mario Bros/Duck Hunt and Kung Fu. Was it even possible to beat the game?

The idea sounds great. Whether or not they execute it well is a different story. I'm not too optimistic but it'd be nice if this pans out.

The NES game is a cult classic. I still have it (original box and instructions). My son and I came one day away from beating it.

The game is unforgiving and really hard.

Anyway....I am looking forward to seeing what this game will turn out to be.

Hunting Jason and his mom's head was great, and imo really successful. Making the rest of the game some half assed castlevania ripoff with the zombies in the over world wasn't.

This new game sounds like an Evolve ripoff.

this game was amazing! I still have it on my NES emulator for my PC, haven't beaten it, after you kill Jason twice he becomes impossible . So looking forward to this game though, although I'm pretty sure it's going to be disappointing.

Or they all end up like some sort of crappy game with a decent concept, like that game with the Bear that was killing everything, forget the title....

I hope one of the 3 ends up fun though, the idea seems great.
