They just keep getting my business. 9 times out of 10 my rewards certificates go back to games.
For a while it was like a cycle; preorder, purchase, get reward, use it to preorder the next title, repeat lol. Doesn't seem that very many preorders regularly come with the perk anymore.A negative mind will never give you a positive life.

I was wondering the same thing because the $10 coupon says markdown taken from regular price. It makes me think we will not get to use it and our gamer unlock discount. I know when things are not clear the Best Buy employees will not be much help when asking for them to clear it up.Comment

The GCU discount works, but you're right about the coupon being taken from the regular price. So the game is $59.99, the coupon is taken off making the price $49.99, then the GCU is taken off. 20% of $49.99 is $9.99, bringing the total for the game to $40.00. Basically with them applying the coupon first, your GCU discount goes from $12.99 to $9.99.Comment

Has anyone had issues "pre-ordering" online and getting the $10 reward cert?
I always pre-order in store but I'm not sure I can get there in time to get the cert for Madden.
I put "pre-order" in quotes because you're just buying the game instead of putting money down. Want to make sure it counts as a pre-order.

It also depends on how early you pre-order I noticed on my account. Like, lets say you pre-order a month in advance or more... You will get the points like 2 days after order is completed (picked up or shipped).

I created 2 certificates before heading to best buy last weekend, I had to have them scan the car code in my email, they couldn't find them.
I'll be watching to make sure my points from that visit come through
