No more Acclaim?!?!?!?!

Frankly, I've been calling them ACK-Lame for a while now, but this is just sad. WIth the struggle of other publishers trying to stay competitive, this really really worries me. Less deversity in the gaming industry means less creativity, and that means more junk in my opinion.

The only publisher left will be EA... That's a HORRIFYING thought - as good as EA is - I don't trust them an ounce left to their own devices.

Not too surprising. This has been in the works for some time now.

EA won't be the only one with a baseball game. Don't forget ESPN baseball. Kush Games has taken over that product so hopefully all the animations are fixed and we see a better product next year.

Really sad. 3D0, aside from high heat made crappy games...but Acclaim made solid titles. Oh well.

Thats too bad, I have enjoyed Acclaims All Star Baseball more than any other baseball game the last few years.

WTF, no more ASB, that game was promising. Maybe Microsoft can buy the rights to it. then its Inside pitch, high heat, asb codes all meshed into 1. what a game that would be. not gonna happen but I can dream.

I suppose that would be good, though all 3 games had at best, mediocore graphics. But if they could get a mold of all 3 combined (or just hh ) and some great graphics, then they could have an awesome game.

unfortunatley its true Acclaim is no more. Sucks too cause I have played Juiced and it was a very good game that rivals Gran Turismo too bad it wont be released.
