I've been having a great time with Hardcore TDM as it's the mode I mostly play in COD. One thing I've noticed is that (seemingly) every room in every map has no less than 3 entrances/exits, which makes it difficult for campers to block any areas. Love it

You can still play it in custom matches and you can still play it in Chaos Mosh Pit. It comes up a TON in that playlist.

I guess KDR isn't that important is it? That said I would like it to be better then it is atm & same with the win ratio I want it improved if anything wins are more important then kdr & this game needs a ton of tweaking

Hopefully I'll improve the more I play

I'll adjust my sensitivity to see if that helps but still doesn't help with win column.

Anyone know if they ever add game modes later on in patches as no HC Dom Or HC KC kinda stinks & hopefully with more patches the game will get deeper n better & hopefully royalty camo returns as well!! Thx

MY KDR is possibly the worst it has ever been but I am still having fun which can't be said about a lot of previous COD games.

If my connection doesn't drop, me and my buddies get put into the middle of game where the lag and glitch is so heavy that it's unplayable. I'll leave the lobby, join another game. Same deal. The hundreds of millions of dollars COD makes, they won't give you reliable, dedicated servers.

Yeah that is my issue. I had this game and traded it back in just because the Dedicated servers of Halo spoiled me. I played all the prior CODs like crazy.

Just an FYI to anyone who might not have noticed but Trayarch added Hardcore Kill Confirm & Hardcore Domanation to the Game Mode Rotation yesterday there now 6 Hardcore Game Modes.

Sounds like there slowly bringing everything out..

Halo 5 multi might just be the best multi I have played....It is fantastic and locked 60fps with no lag and no slowdown...Dedicated servers FTW

And as much as I'm an absolute Halo but and love that game more than any game ever, multiplayer specifically.....I find myself firing up Black Ops when I want my multiplayer fix at the moment.

This game is just fun. I have noticed the camping is a more prevalent/annoying in hardcore, though.

COD is usually the fun game when it first comes out...But is just COD no different then the last 10 versions. Is easy to pick up and play just like Battlefront no tactical skill require or no skill require as is made to just have a random person have some success.

In the long run the competitive nature of Halo and the people who rock on it make it the better choice for me at this time.

But COD is always fun to just kick back and get some kills....No doubt

Campers, connection being so important, teammates that don't communicate, people running in front of me while I'm shooting. So frustrating. Had to get off after about 5 games today. One guy refused to even go play HC ctf.

I used to play hardcore modes exclusively in Call of Duty 4 and World at War. Once Modern Warfare 2 came out something changed. Hardcore modes became so campy and defensive and it's been the same ever since. I really enjoyed it as I loved the minuscule health and the lack of HUD elements on the screen. Games would always get to the max score in a decent amount of time and the games were always fast paced. Now I find games rarely get to the max score and usually always end up with the game running out of time.

Yup. I can still do well, but it's just not enjoyable to me. If I get killed in core, I'm like, okay, I got beat. In hardcore, it just feels so random whether you do well or not unless you camp. And it takes half the perks and specialists out of the game, because they're useless.

I'm with ya, man. Halo has and always will be at the top for me. And I haven't bought and enjoyed a CoD in quite a while. Just stating Black Ops 3 is a fun title.

Are the server's better than Halo? Not even close, but its fun. Will Halo be better longer? Absolutely, but CoD is fun.

I wasn't debating the quality of game or necessary skills. Just pleasantly surprised I'm enjoying BO3.

A suggestion for those who maybe haven't tried this smg out yet.


VMP is just not fair man. Try VMP with quickdraw and the long range barrel. You will win many close encounters and the barrel gives you a fighting chance at range.

Well, you weren't lying. I don't have the long barrel yet, and it took me a bit to adjust to the fire rate, but I've been ripping off some pretty darn good games with the VMP. Helped me get my W/L up to 1.0 finally.
