I heard good things about the beta but heard the graphics were not that great (not saying it all comes down to graphics).

Graphics look great to me. Graphics are really important to me (I wish they weren't, but they are) and I have no problems with the way this game looks

Some impressions from the beta...

*Boost jumping is nothing like the exosuit in AW. It is more of a tool, whereas, the exo was more of a weapon. In order to reach max height you have to tap X 4-5 times in quick succession and once you reach max height you drop like a rock. Then you have to wait for the boost ability to recharge before boosting again. As you can imagine boosting (while tapping x) while trying to aim and shoot is extremely difficult.

*There is no melee knife (unless you have tactical knife equipped and out) the melee is bashing the enemy with the butt if your gun, which takes two hits against a fully healthy enemy to kill, so just go with the gun in close quarters.

* You can shoot while under water and shoot people who are under water if you're on land. Which I don't particularly like since both are unrealistic. You cannot fire a gun under water in real life and you also cannot shoot someone who is under water since the bullet would break up upon entering the water. But I don't think Treyarch cares about science.

So far I'm liking this game. But to be fair I liked AW initially too. I feel like this will be different though. The pace is much slower. Time to kill seems a lot better. This is not another AW.

Try closing the app and restarting it. Worked for me.

I would be able to give some sort of review of this lag wasn't as horrendous as it is. It's like I'm watching a movie in 5fps.

I understand its a beta but how are you supposed to give feedback when you can't even play the game the way it was intended.

I love the under water thing. I use a sniper and pop out if the water, headshot then swim away. Also there are guns that can shoot underwater but I get your point.

Also I haven't had any trouble with lag.

Brief impressions of the beta:

After several playthroughs of each map on TDM/Domination/SnD, this series no longer has that hold on me to keep playing. Whether I play well or not, it's just okay been there done that.

*Guns feel good

*Perks and attachments (have many options for varied play styles)

*The Specialists add a new twist to combat, but the time to take advantage of the abilities are short.

*Maps, though we only have 3 to choose from were fine; similar to any COD.

So if you still love the COD series, this game is still for you!! If you're like me and waiting for the series to rekindle the fire and pull you back into the series, I don't think it does anything to do so.

Just my opinion. Take care folks.

I don't have the beta but I've seen people play it on twitch and my friend has it.

From what I've seen, the time to kill in this game is insanely too low, still not a huge fan of the jumping, it seems like movements of your player are still too fast/jerky.

It does seem like it would be fun to play but I'm probably going to pass.

I'm still holding out hope they remake Modern Warfare 2. I'd probably never leave my house.
