I take that back, that was not a part of the list. I was confusing that title (and Uncharted 4) with other games that I pre-ordered at the same store visit that do appear on the list. I did them all at the same time because I used a coupon that gave me 4x rewards points on a single purchase, so I pre-ordered many games in that purchase in full to take advantage of it (this one included).

    Here is that list:

    Assassin's Creed Syndicate
    Batman: Arkham Knight
    Battleborn
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3
    The Elder Scrolls: Online
    Forza Motorsport 6
    Guitar Hero Live
    Halo 5 Guardians
    Mad Max
    Madden NFL 16
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
    Mortal Kombat X
    Rainbow Six Siege
    Rise of the Tomb Raider
    Star Wars Battlefront 3
    Tom Clancy's The Division

Obviously, many of these games have already come out, so the initial list is dwindling.

Just downloaded this off the PS4. I'm a huge fan, but I never got to play the first one, so I'll be playing all 3 in preparation for 4!

I think I have 22 rewards through 8 chapters of Drake's Fortune. Does that sound about right to anybody? I'm sure I must have missed some along the way, but I'd say that I'm searching pretty slowly, too.

You can go to chapters at the main menu and it tells you how many treasures you've found of the ones hidden in each chapter.

Had all three and played all three to completion. Is it worth it on the 4? I am thinking about it.

It really depends. I'm finding different ways to enjoy it this time (doing lots of Remote Play, playing Crushing, and trying to get all rewards). Plus, I have only played through each of them once and they were quite a long time ago. think I finished UC1 in 2007 the first time, so it's been a while for me.

So I'm playing this game for the first time, on Chapter 12 of the 1st game and so far it's pretty Meh to me. I like a action adventure as much as the next guy but it's pretty boring so far. The story so far is decent but I'm having a hard time with the gameplay.

Shoot wave of bad guys, solve a puzzle, shoot wave of bad guys, solve jumping puzzle, shoot wave of bad guys, get on Jetski, shoot wave of bad guys on Jetski, shoot barrels of explosives that apparently are set to detonate when they touch jet ski(apparently not rocks or other barrels though). Repeat that about 6 times and that's my experience so far.

^^^ I think you'll really enjoy 2 and 3. I love the first for the nostalgia but it admittedly feels a bit dated compared to the other two.

I'm finished with the first two on Crushing. Taking a little break before finishing 3 while I play Assassin's Creed.

ehn I pick this up I might have to try it out on Crushing. I never played that difficulty on my PS3 so maybe I should go big on this one.

Well now don't get carried away. They put a few spins on the "same ol' same ol'," especially regarding cinematics. But Uncharted 2 & 3 follow the same formula for the most part.

Whether or not we say that Tomb Raider had better gameplay or not, I'd say that it is the fresh coat of paint from Uncharted that 2 or 3 didn't offer. Granted, I love the Uncharted series so I'm fine with what it does. I know it's the same stuff over and over, but I'm okay with it I guess.

Now I don't want to pretend they aren't the same thing as UC1. But what he listed is true, especially regarding enemy waves.

I had never played the series and hated Last of Us so wasn't going to give this game a fair shot. I ended up trying it thanks to 42 and bought a cheap code online to get it digitally. I'm playing through the first game now and I'm in love with it. Plays like a big summer blockbuster, can't wait to get to 2/3 as well. I'm just playing on normal and not going out of my way to hunt for treasures, just having fun with the game and the story. I will definitely get Uncharted 4 on launch.

Its definitely the same formula, but there is a lot better variation (particularly where pacing is concerned) and the scale is a lot bigger than UC1. UC2 feels more open and living despite still being a linear action adventure game.

UC1 is small (especially after playing UC2), but I still enjoy it a lot when I play. The groundwork for the characters is great especially with the chit-chattering dialogue, but I think the second half of the game is where it hits its stride. Once Elena rescues Drake with the Jeep it certainly picks up a level. UC2 follows a similar "stepping up" in the middle of it's game, too.

UC2 is easily the better, more enthralling experience, but I can never put my controller down while playing through either of them.

I feel the exact same way. I'm on chapter 8 and I don't know if I can take anymore. I'm debating whether or not to just skip to UC2.
