Re: Nathan Drake Collection (PS4)
Finished up the trilogy. I think UC3 was my favorite of the 3. Yes, it doesn't feel as original as 2 did with the big set piece moments, but I thought all aspects of gameplay were better.
The shooting controls feel the tightest in 3, and the gunplay is enjoyable as it gives the guns more of a kick than what was in 2. The first half of the game also had a nice balance between, shootouts and puzzle/platform sections. The last third goes non-stop action, but each of the 3 games does that. Also thought 3 had the best "supernatural twist" towards the end in terms of gameplay since they weren't bullet sponges like the enemies in 2.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Re: Nathan Drake Collection (PS4)
Just recently completed Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Can't believe last time I played this was back in 2007. Took me a little over 8.5 hours. Although many parts were recognizable, I also found much felt like new. Getting ready for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

This is getting here tomorrow from Amazon! I never played the Uncharted series (even though I had a PS3, not sure why I never got it), so I'm excited to go through all these games for the first time.Comment

Re: Nathan Drake Collection (PS4)
You'll find people that will land on either side. It sounds weird but I actually liked the more linear nature of the Uncharted Series. To me, it feels like playing an Indiana Jones movie. I like FC4 just fine but it just has more of a GTA open-world feel to it that I always find overwhelming. Don't think you'd hate either one though.PSN: JWGoNDComment

Re: Nathan Drake Collection (PS4)
If you have a PS3 I would pick up Far Cry 3 and this collection.

Re: Nathan Drake Collection (PS4)
Weird question. I'm new to PS4 and adventure games.
I just picked this up because the 4th one came with my PS4. I've only played college basketball and occasional madden/NCAA the last 15 years.
Is there a general consensus on the best settings for this collection? I had to flip my aiming and camera to inverted, remembering back from my Goldeneye days.
Any other types of settings that's preferred for better experience or is all user preference?
Played a little last night of the first and its pretty crazy fun. If I just do skill level normal I won't miss anything, likeit isn't going to stop while I'm on some mission and say I have to start over and move up a level right?Comment

Re: Nathan Drake Collection (PS4)
I don't think it's going to ask you to move up any levels.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
