Too me this game is very very fun but challenging on the hardest level. I'm stuck on level 5. I usually don't get into these type of games but i am having a ball playing solo. This game will tie me over until The Show release.

Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands
It's a good game, still terrible solo IMO.
I'd give it a 7/10. I'm shocked at the amount of bugs that were in the betas and still in retail.
The world is huge, which is a plus but it almost feels overwhelmingly so. The cars still handle terribly, the guns are hit or miss, and he AI is mind numbingly stupid at times. Other times they are all nuclear physicists. Don't even get me started on the car radios....
I'll definitely have fun with it as time goes on and they patch things.Comment

Thanks for your thoughts on this. Makes me feel a lil better about having to wait before playing to clear up some backlog"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands
The biggest issue with this game are the glitches and map flickering in some parts, also in certain areas of the map texture pop in are slow and don't load up. I had a village of huts not load up and it looks like a town of floating windows and roofs only, no outside walls. lolComment

Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands
One last thing... this map has a lot of dead space but holy **** this has to be one of the biggest maps I've ever played and the draw distance in some of the other areas all the way up at the top of the map look freaking amazing. I spent a few hours yesterday flying a chopper and opening up the whole map so I could see everything.
Side Note: The hard areas having freaking Sam misslie sites every were.Comment

Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands
Its a great time to be a open world gamer fan, we have Horizon Zero Dawn and Ghost Recon Wildlands, but with that said this game will only get better with age. If your backed log with games just hold off, there's really no rush and this game will never die and turn empty like some server nights on the division.

Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands
I played for 15 hours or so yesterday and loved every minute. I love game that I can go around and do what I want. The freedom to explore the entire map when I want is great. It reminds me of a Military/Spec Ops GTA and I loved those games.Moderator

Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands
I will say, there's a pretty thin line of the game looking amazing and looking like garbage. I was tweaking some of the AA and other settings trying to improve my framerate. Pretty much ended up at a solid 60 fps at 2560x1080 last night, but found myself continuing to tweak to get that nice look back to the scenery. Overall pretty happy with it, but still makes me want to buy a 1080 Ti to replace my 980 TiComment

Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands
a driver is definitely needed. Ansel freezes and crashes. I get better frame rates on Arma 3 on Tanoa then I do on this game and we all know Arma 3 is the most unoptimized game on the planet. Grant it my frame rates don't dip below 45. Usually be in the upper 40s and low 50s. Which is unacceptable.Comment

Side Note: I do wish there was some sort of clock so I can see what time it is or when the sun comes up to plan when I want to do a mission.Last edited by Bigg Cee; 03-08-2017, 03:58 PM.Comment
