Guess Im curious if theres a lot to do in this game?... Im really intrigued by this game, if it indeed is Far Cry clone, I love that series.

The story consists of a prologue, four acts and possibly an epilogue but im just guessing about the epilogue. Looking through videos of a walkthrough, there's eight story missions in Act 1 including the prologue mission. I only watched the prologue and the following four missions since they've been posted in the last few months from the open beta and preview events. The video I watched is 2:17:09 but the person playing is pretty much straight forward for the most part and just doing the objectives for the story missions. I don't know how many story missions are in the game total but I would guess that on normal difficulty, the story campaign will probably be an average of 15 hours or so.

There's three maps from what I have read with the second and third maps opening up at various points in the story which im going to assume is based on the Acts. Once you open up a different map, you can fast travel between them.

There's definitely a lot of outposts based on what on saw in the first map but you don't capture them or anything. You basically just clear them and gather the supplies and whatnot. There's also "?" symbols scattered on the map which are points of interest. Some are just fast travel signs (ala The Witcher III) while others are hostage rescues. I haven't seen anything else in this regard.

There are side ops which consists of "most wanted" targets if I remember correctly.

While I don't know how many guns there are in the game, it appears that there's a good amount based on the videos I was watching.

While im assuming that it will be part of the story missions, there is a "detective" mode like in Batman where you scan footprints to analyze and figure out bullet trajectories and whatnot. Seems cool from what I have seen and I hope it's implemented well.

I'm basically thinking that SGW3 is a poor man's version of Far Cry 3/4 but without the animal hunting and skinning. At least, I don't think there's any hunting because outside of wolves, I haven't seen any animals attack you in any of the videos.

For whatever reason, I don't think that Best Buy will be carrying the game in stores but that could just be listed in regards to not being available for in store pickup. Meaning that come Tuesday, you may see the game in store but can't pick it up via online order. I have seen a few games do this for whatever reason. Have to wait and see.

I pre-ordered to make sure that I get the free season pass and I should receive it Tuesday. Was hoping tomorrow but it seems like it's being held at UPS in order for it to not break street date which sucks.

Watch the top ten video I posted on page one. It shows a good amount of stuff about what you'll be doing in the game. If you don't mind be spoiled, you can always watch a gameplay walkthrough on youtube starting with the prologue.

Watching about 60 to 90 minutes of the game, it definitely reminds me of Far Cry. Hope I feel that way when I play the game. LOL.

What I find really weird is that NONE of the stores in my area have store pickup option. Ive checked Gamestop, Target and Walmart.

I pre-ordered it to make sure that I received the season pass but I would assume that first run/print copies will have the season pass included.

I actually received the game this morning at around 10am EST via UPS despite it saying by end of day Tuesday.

I fully installed the game including having the game install when trying to play. Why PS4 has this for almost every non-exclusive game is beyond me. Nevertheless, I fully installed the game, downloaded the 8GB 1.03 patch and im good except I wasn't able to redeem the season pass code or the weapon skin code. It comes up as invalid code or already been used.

I'm hoping that it's because the game isn't officially released yet even though I have seen a few walkthroughs where the season pass content is installed and can be played already.

The first of two single player expansions is "The Escape of Lydia" which was originally a pre-order bonus before being included into the season pass. I know that this is available day one because I have seen it listed and selectable in walkthroughs.

I don't want to start the main game if the Lydia expansion takes place before the main story or should be played before the main story. Decisions, decisions.

I may just mess around with the game today and wait to see at midnight if im able to redeem the codes and then start tomorrow. Get the game early and im still undecided on what I want to do. LOL.

Yeah, traded it in a month or so ago when Best Buy had that 50% trade in bonus but I did it not only for that but also because I had two games in my backlog I wanted to finish beforehand and also wanted to play SGW3 first because let's be honest, I know GRW is the better bigger game and I rather play that AFTER SGW3 as opposed to before.

Plus, I have GameFly so im waiting on that for it to become available even though there's a slim chance I purchase GRW digitally with the expansion pass if it goes on sale for $50 total for PS4.

Right now, it's all about SGW3. Be back online later this evening. Time to play. LOL.

Yes Bullet Camera has the option to turn on/off.

Might add I just experienced what some of the reviewers mentioned about the game locking up/freezing. Just happened after I cleared out a post for a side-quest.

Hope this type of occurrence is minimal as it could destroy my vibe for this game.

Just downloaded the season pass content. All I have to do now is find out if the Lydia DLC should be played before or after the main story.

Game definitely has a Far Cry feel to it but without the hunting and skinning of animals. It's also a lot more slower paced. I fell through the world once when jumping off a ladder but otherwise, performance has been solid. 4K resolution and HDR makes me happy.
