Re: Detroit [PS4]
10 out of 10 so far. The beginning chapters are more of an introduction and showing you what is possible. Once you get past that, oh man......Game is just awesome. Story just hit you in the feels man. One of the games you have to force yourself to stop playing because man the hours just fly by.
I got to the beginning of chapter 11 and had to force myself to stop as it was already 3am. But I wanted so badly to keep going!
Hm I didnt see an option to help the wounded cop, missed that one. I played about three hours tonight. It's awesome, ended the night on a mission with markus. Wont spoil anything but this game is awesome but I knew it would be I loved heavy rain

Ended up playing til 3am before I had to force myself to call it a night. Currently at the beginning of chapter 11, also a Markus chapter. The story is good but it seriously picks up (and the decisions the game forces you to make or not make) in chapters 7-10 and beyond.

Re: Detroit [PS4]
I said I wasn’t Going to jump right in because I’m already playing Beyond: Two Souls, Heavy Rain, at the very beginning of Until Dawn and just started Hidden Agenda but man....it sounds like Detroit is the business.

Re: Detroit [PS4]
I'm definitely picking this up when the price drops, even if I have to wait until Black Friday. It seems like there's TONS of replay value.
It's mind-blowing. I saw the end of one mission that still had probably 25-30 locked actions and outcomes.Boston Red Sox

Re: Detroit [PS4]
This is a game of the year contender for me. Man I hate humanity so much while playing this game. Story writing is top notch and totally relate-able to current times. The further you get, the further amount of choices you have. They knocked it out of the park. I don't want this game to end.Comment

Re: Detroit [PS4]
This is my concern. $60 or $50 with some discounts and people are finishing it in one sitting or two.
I know there is high replayability for some but I'm more of a finish and move on type. I know the game will be amazing but I think I'll wait for a major sale.

Re: Detroit [PS4]
I believe its the character's story that many encounter endings sooner. End a character and you end much of his/her story. I think there's a return to back that you can go if you wish to undo the "what's done".
Planning for tonight for my play. I Can't Wait!!Comment

Re: Detroit [PS4]
Man........think about your choices. Stuff can go south for you very fast.
SpoilerI lost my giant green mile looking dude late last night. I should have taken my time and hidden people. But I didn't think anything of it, I was tired and wasn't thinking straight. When the cop shot him, I was like nooooooooooooooo.
This game is awesome man. Don't know how much left I have in this game, but it has been one hell of a ride so far. Game isn't short by any means, there are 32 chapters in the game.Comment

Re: Detroit [PS4]
This game is so emotional man.....it really is. I like how it is up to you to either be MLK Jr or go straight Malcom X. This play through I been MLK Jr. I can't wait for the next play through when I go straight Malcom X. So many choices, so many decisions, so many outcomes. I wish more games were like this. Where your decisions matter and effect what happens next. Definitely my Game of The Year. Still not finished with the game yet. I feel like I am close, but then again I felt like I was near the end 12 hours ago. Game just keeps going and going.
Detroit Become Human is worth every freaking penny. Damn a sale. Buy this game full price. Support these people for more games like this can be made. This game is art at it's finest level. It is a master piece.Comment

Re: Detroit [PS4]
I decided to cave and pick this up today and i have not put it down yet. There is not much actual gameplay other than button pushing, but man am I emotionally attached to every character....well i take that back, I don't really like Conner for some reason, he's annoying. But Kara and Alice have me very emotionally involved, same with Markus. Great story so far.Comment

Re: Detroit [PS4]
Game beaten.....man, going to have run this back. That ending threw me for a loop. Apparently there are 6 different endings. Some of my people died. Can't wait to play this again. Next play through I am going to be ruthless, no holds barred. I was ultra peaceful this play through. But some discussions have to be had
Spoiler1. That little girl Alice was a damn android the entire time ? Holy ****. Didn't see that coming. But then again I wondered why I never saw her say she was hungry either.
2. On my play through Alice was killed crossing the river. I was sad man. So close to freedom. Accelerating the boat was a bad idea.
3. Conor was a douche for majority of the game. He died a G at the end though. It was my fault though I guess for making him play a loyal never wavering cop.
4. Amanda was a annoying bitch.
5. I felt as though my relationship with Hank could have been better. Had Conor being a giant douche to everyone, including Hank and at the end, I let him be killed.
6. So yeah I was a straight peaceful protester throughout the entire game. Even have my android army take a knee. When I saw that option to take a knee, I yelled yes !!!!! Take a knee and yelled Wakanda Forever !!!! Being peaceful is a hard life. Too see so many of my android brethren mowed down like dogs, was sad man. I was expecting them to kill my butt for being a bad leader. But in the end, I won the hearts and minds of the nation. It was very hard due to I killed that guy at the news station, so it took me a while to swing people to my side.
7. I missed my man Luther. Got to keep him alive next play through.
8. It was cool to see the old man still alive but dying near the end of the game that was Marcus's owner. I had wondered what happened to him.
9. Me and North became a thing. Didn't see that coming considering she hated the peaceful route.
10. I feel terrible knowing I had Conor kill all those deviants for majority of the game. Like man.......they just wanted to be free. Near the end in the evidence room you see them all. Just sad man. I wonder if I could keep them all alive too.
