                    on PC GTA 3 and Vice city, someone said there was an online mod for the game? what all could you do with the mod? actually have gangs and stuff and go around killing ppl and whatnot? i have never heard of it but if its cool ill prob pick up the pc version and check it out.

                            Yes, there is. It seems to be more of a deathmatch against other people then anything and from what I've played of it, there are no pedestrians. VERY buggy software and unless the game just came out, hardly anyone is on.
