I don't have anymore missions to do and I don't see any credits popping up. Idk if I beat the game or not. Anyone care to tell me what's going on?

Ok if you have not been thru the relay you are not done with the game, not by a long shot.

The whole story revolves around the Omega 4 relay that leads to the next part of the story. If you haven't even found out about the relay then you have to be in the beginning of the story?
