Not very easily. You would need to setup internet connection sharing on your PC.

I tried it about a year and a half ago, and I could never get it working, and I'm pretty good with networking. I ended up getting an ethernet modem instead of USB and everything is peachy.

You don't need one if you go through a hub or a switch.
