Here's my review after about 6-7 hours of the trial:

I've not had fun with Rush (and Rush has been my goto mode in the past 3-4 battlefields). I don't know if it's the 24 players or the stages, or I've had 100% crappy teams, but this is the first time in a while I much rather play...

Conquest - I haven't had this much fun in Conquest since BF2 Modern Combat. No insanely large maps just so fighter jets can fly around. The lanes are well balanced in every stage I've played. Also if anybody feels like they took a step back due to low tech - more isn't always better. I feel like the series lost something over the past 2 games, and it got it back in this one. It feels like battlefield...that's all i can really say. I'm not sure how I feel about Behemoths, it's giving the losing team an extra boost but at the same time, if you got morons inside (for the love of god WHY ARE YOU TANK SNIPING IN AN ARMORED TRAIN??? YOU ARE ALREADY LOSING WHY ARE YOU TRYING KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WITH THE MOST POWERFUL ARMORED VEHICLE IN YOUR GAME?), then you not really getting an advantage from it. Also once you are familiar with the stage it's pretty easy to hide from the train and attack objectives without being in the trains line of fire. Also something else that took a step back in the last 2 games - THE DESTRUCTION. in BF1 it's way less "scripted", and it's by far the best destructible environment in the battlefield series. Once you play Amien (sp?) and see how it looks along the railway at the start and end of the stage, you'll understand what I mean. It's not perfect, you'll still have indestructible parts of the map that you could probably destroy in real life, but I think that is done more to keep the stage balanced.


Operations - I've yet to find a server with people on it.

Seriously...pray your behemoth driver doesn't have an IQ less than 40. It happens more times then not.

I think Bolt, Rez, and myself are gonna be on PS4 when game goes live tomorrow. Looking forward to some OS squad action

Might be old news but all modes are now open for me. TDM and other options are now available.

Not sure if I'll be playing it tomorrow night since my timer says it will unlock at 3am. If my timer doesn't change tomorrow I think I'll just play Tuesday morning when I wake up.

My timer also says 3am Eastern time and the countdown clock counts towards 3am as well

What timer are you referring to? The end of the trial? Or the unlock of the full game?
How can it be tomorrow if it releases Tuesday?

I don't think it'll be fixed despite the ps store stating midnight est. I remember having this problem with ufc and just had to wait it out.

I've had fun with the game thus far, however I can't wait for hardcore mode. I'm tired of the kill cam yes, but mostly tired of bayoneting someone in the face, only to have them turn and be able to shoot me because they apparently can take a knife to the face and a couple of rounds. I also have a question, if I preordered on PC, will I need to redownload the game, or will it just unlock the full version?
