EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.Comment

I like the odd rhythm their combos have and the way their juggles work. Also interesting how much special cancelling becomes a thing in their combos.
I understand the 50/50 setups in MKX was something very love it or hate it not to mention the crazy chip damage some people have.Comment

50/50s were hated by everyone. It was not a setup. It was literally a scrub ignoring the neutral, rushing in and pushing a button. The last patch slowed down several overheads which made those situations more fair. They also "damage scaled" a few characters but Kitana and FF Kang can still chip you to death.#WashedGamerComment

I love MK's style, but cant stand the block button...so Injustice is a perfect fit for me. I had a pretty decent record with Bane in the orginal..
until he was nerfed...

There is a story, fight to fight, and if you lose the fight the difficulty temporarily adjusts as you retry so that you can pretty easily grind through the whole game.
I was so into the story I read the comic books for years after the first one released.
The gist is something happens to make Superman unhinged and decide to take things into his own hands, putting him at odds with Batman, people take sides Marvel Civil War-style and goes from there as various players make their moves, question loyalties, make a play for more power, etc.Comment
