This game is making it very easy to pass on Madden this year.

I'm with you on that one. Have no desire to get Madden right now and will just strictly play this when it comes out.

I'll just hang onto my copies of Madden 18 & 16 - have current and historical rosters to give me my fix. No NHL this year. I have NBA 2K11 for my 30 years worth of NBA Classic files. the NBA doesn't interest me much anymore with all of this positionless basketball and super-teams that are stacked. So Spider-Man will be an immediate purchase - and maybe a couple of other non-sports games that seem appealing. Good call, Dan!

Madden being madden is making that easy there has only been 1 good madden game in the last like 12 years.

There could be 20-30 suits in the game.

Someone asked a Dev on Twitter if there was 25 suits, and he said that number was "roughly accurate".

Was watching easy allies the other day and sounds like the game has something similar to challenge maps in the batman Arkham games. This is huge because the challenge maps in the Arkham games was one of the big reasons I loved the Arkham games. They added so much replay value and where so addictive.

Said I wouldn’t do it but I caved and pre-ordered the Console. Went ahead and dumped my Pro for $350 today on Craigslist. I was surprised that I was able to get that much but the Pro console is dry in my neck of the woods.

But...he's not comparing the games...at all.

He's saying since this game is coming out, he isn't worried about skipping Madden.

He isn't saying Spider-Man is going to be a better game than Madden.
He isn't saying Spider-Man is going to be a better football experience.
He isn't comparing the games AT ALL.
So no, it's not apples to oranges whatsoever.

He's saying that, TO HIM, PERSONALLY, he's more interested in Spider-Man than Madden.
